Ang Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine ay isang pambansang akademikong organisasyon na itinatag noong 1983 na may pag-apruba ng Ministry of Health at nakarehistro sa Ministry of Civil Affairs.Sumali ito sa China Association for Science and Technology noong 1987, sa International Association of Rehabilitation Medicine sa parehong taon, at sa International Society of Physical Medicine at Rehabilitation Medicine noong 2001. Ang instituto ay matatagpuan sa China-Japan Friendship Hospital sa Beijing.
